NCHLP is an organization dedicated to increasing the public awareness of and about the work of the North Carolina House of Representatives.

Approved by the Governor for individuals that have distinguished himself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding service to the North Carolina national guard.

At the Annual NC Family Policy Council Dinner in 2017, Rep. Dean Arp & Sen. Dan Bishop were present the Life & Liberty Award for courageous leadership in the public eye.

Dancin’ in the Clover is the Union County 4-H Foundation’s Signature event in which notable Union County residents participate in a friendly ballroom dance competition. Dean Arp has served as a judge.
